*THIS CHART IS ONLY A PORTION (TOP 30) OF A TOP 50 CHART.
HENCE songs are not deemed to have fallen off the charts UNTIL they are
OUTSIDE/BELOW the top 50 and NOT the top 30 broadcasted on air. This IS
reflected in the year end 'jamz' and explains partially why songs peaking
significantly lower than others may still finish ahead of them on the
year-end charts.

LMFAO spends its third week atop the Billboard Hot 100, to be released tomorrow (July 21) on Billboard.com, with "Party Rock Anthem" (feat. Lauren Bennett and GoonRock), while Demi Lovato scores her first top 10 debut, as "Skyscraper" soars in at No. 10.

"Party" tallies a third week at No. 1 on Digital Songs, although it declines by 9% to 215,000 downloads sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. On Radio Songs, the track holds at No. 3 with a 7% gain to 134 million in all-format audience, according to Nielsen BDS.

Demi Lovato bookends the Hot 100's top 10 with her highest career debut, as "Skyscraper" bounds in at No. 10. The ballad begins at No. 2 on Digital Songs with 176,000, a sum that accounts for 99% of the song's Hot 100 chart points.

Demi Lovato Releases Somber 'Skyscraper' Single: Listen

"Skyscraper" arrives eight months after the Disney star entered a treatment facility for "physical and emotional issues," which reportedly included an eating disorder and self-cutting. Lovato ended her treatment in January.

The song, which premiered on Ryan Seacrest's nationally-syndicated "On Air" radio show and was released to iTunes July 12 and whose video followed a day later on VEVO, marks Lovato's first top 10 debut on the Hot 100 and second top 10 title overall. Her first chart entry, "This Is Me" withJoe Jonas, debuted at No. 11 and peaked at No. 9 in July 2008.

Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer, racks a third week at No. 2 on the Hot 100 after it had logged a week on top three weeks ago. The song spends a second week in charge of Radio Songs, gaining by 1% in airplay to 153 million, and falls 3-6 on Digital Songs (136,000, down 14%).

Pitbull Goes Global: The Billboard Cover Story

After four weeks at No. 4 on the Hot 100, Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" lifts to No. 3 with Airplay Gainer honors for the third time in four weeks. On Radio Songs, "Friday" rises 6-4 (114 million, up 18%). The track dips, however, 2-3 on Digital Songs (172,000, down 11%).

Adele's former seven-week Hot 100 No. 1 "Rolling in the Deep" slips 3-4, while Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" remains at No. 5. The latter title holds at No. 5 on Radio Songs with an 8% gain to 106 million and stays at No. 4 on Digital Songs despite a 2% downturn to 155,000.

Adele, Katy Perry Rule Mid-Year SoundScan Charts

"Friday" and "Super" are the only songs to advance on Billboard's Summer Songs 2011 running tally, jumping 8-7 and 6-4, respectively. "Rolling in the Deep" continues to lead the seasonal list (which tracks the most popular songs this summer based on cumulative performance on the Hot 100 from the chart dated June 11 through this week; the final ranking will be posted Sept. 8).

Lil Wayne lifts 7-6 on the Hot 100 with "How to Love," fueled by its 8-5 ascent on Digital Songs (137,000, up 6%) and 9-7 rise on Radio Songs (84 million, up 14%).

Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" descends 6-7 on the Hot 100. The song drops 10-13 on Digital Songs (91,000, down 11%). Although retreating 4-6 on Radio Songs, the cut gains by 3% to 103 million.

OneRepublic's "Good Life" holds at No. 8 on the Hot 100, decreasing in digital sales (114,000, down 17%) but edging forward in airplay (66 million, up 4%). Hot Chelle Rae maintains its No. 9 rank with gains in download sales (131,000, up 1%) and at radio (51 million, up 13%).

Ryan Tedder Planning New OneRepublic Material for Early 2012

Below the Hot 100's top 10, Bad Meets Evil's "Lighters," featuring Bruno Mars, ignites 33-17 with Digital Gainer honors. After launching at No. 16 four weeks ago, then song fell to No. 36 in its second week and No. 58 in its third frame. This week, the song charges 25-12 on Digital Songs with 92,000 downloads, a 51% gain and its second-best total since its debut week (132,000). The song's increased sales and its return to the Hot 100's top 20 are aided by its building airplay, as it blasts 56-35 in its second week on Radio Songs (34 million, up 69%).

Lovato's Hot 100 arrival marks the highest of eight debuts, including T-Pain's "Booty Wurk (One Cheek at a Time)," featuring Joey Galaxy, from T-Pain's forthcoming album "RevolveR" (No. 44); Blink-182's "Up All Night," the first single from the punk band's forthcoming first album in eight years, "Neighborhoods" (No. 85); and Alexandra Stan's "Mr. Saxobeat," a former seven-week No. 1 on Dance Airplay (No. 92).

Two notable ballads re-enter the Hot 100. Jason Aldean's "Don't You Wanna Stay," with Kelly Clarkson, returns at No. 48 after peaking at No. 31 in a 26-week chart run from November through May. The song first charted on the strength of its support from country radio, as it spent three weeks atop Country Songs in March. It revisits the Hot 100 as it registers crossover accolades on Adult Contemporary (10-8) and Adult Pop Songs (11-9 as the chart's Greatest Gainer).

Jason Aldean: The Billboard Cover Story

Adele's pop and adult radio follow-up to "Rolling in the Deep," "Someone Like You," also re-enters the Hot 100, at No. 97. It first spent a week at No. 65 on the chart dated March 12, when parent album "21" stormed in atop the Billboard 200. ("Rumor Has It" followed "Deep" at adult alternative radio, reaching No. 2 on Triple A for six weeks and counting).

All charts, including the Hot 100, Digital Songs, Radio Songs and the Summer Songs 2011 survey, will be refreshed tomorrow on Billboard.com.
